If there’s something wrong with your order, the fastest way you can solve it is by contacting the merchant. But we understand that you might not always get a satisfactory response. This is where we step in. We’re a small team, but we want to do right by you. That’s why we require 14 days (unless otherwise stated) to solve your issue. If you’re requesting a refund, note that there’s a 30-day period before we can refund you as per our agreement with our merchants.
